I am blessed with a beautiful mummy

Through the years we've become very chummy

We love odds and ends, and trinkets and trifles

And ice cream we both find quite yummy

My mother-in-law's very handy

With needle and thread she's a dandy

She loves pretty plants, and flowers and trees

And especially dark chocolate candy
